3M™ VHB™ GPH-060 is a gray, 0.6 mm thick, double-sided, conformable acrylic foam tape It is highly valued for its superior high-temperature resistance.
Application
Pre-powder coating: Its heat tolerance allows parts to be assembled before passing through high-heat paint-bake or powder coating cycles.
Substrates: Bonds well to metals (stainless steel, aluminum), plastics (ABS, polycarbonate, PMMA), and painted surfaces.
Industry Uses: Commonly used in specialty vehicle manufacturing, industrial appliances, electronics, metalworking, and sign/display assembly.
Features: Creates a permanent seal against moisture and eliminates the need for mechanical fasteners like rivets, screws, or welds.
