3M 847 Rubber Gasket Adhesive | 5 Gallon
3M 847 (also known as Scotch-Weld™ Nitrile High Performance Rubber and Gasket Adhesive) is a fast-drying, solvent-based adhesive that creates strong, flexible bonds between rubbers, gasketing materials, and various solid substrates. It is prized for its excellent resistance to oil, fuels, and heat.
Applications
Gasket Bonding: Excellent for securing gaskets to engines, oil filters, and various industrial machinery.
Rubber Substrates: Bonds neoprene, reclaimed, nitrile (BUNA), SBR, and butyl rubbers to metal, wood, plastics, and leather.
Automotive/Marine: Ideal for fuel lines, fuel tanks, and panels exposed to oil.
