3M™ Scotch-Weld™ DP8010 Blue is a two-part, acrylic adhesive formulated to structurally bond low surface or hard to bond plastics majorly used in automotive industries.
Applications
Bonding Plastics: Bonds LSE plastics—such as polypropylene, polyethylene, and TPO without primer.
Multi-material Assembly: Bonds LSE plastics to metals, ceramics, wood, and most other thermoplastics.
Manufacturing: Replaces plastic welding and mechanical fasteners in sporting goods, appliance manufacturing, and electronics.

Color: Blueish green
Viscosity: Medium viscosity for controlled dispensing and wetting.
Work Life: Approx. 8 minutes.
Open Time: Up to 10 minutes to assemble and fixture parts.
Handling Strength: 60 minutes
Full Cure: 48 hours at room temperature.
Chemical & Environmental: Excellent resistance to water, humidity, and many chemicals.
