3M PU 560 Sealant
PU 560 is a high-strength, single-component, moisture-curing polyurethane. It creates durable, permanently elastic bonds that replace mechanical fasteners. It is widely used across transportation manufacturing (bus, rail, truck), panel bonding, and industrial construction.
Applications
Transportation & Automotive: Attaching exterior panels, metal framework, and vehicle flooring.
Industrial Assembly: Bonding dissimilar materials like plastics, fiberglass reinforced plastic (FRP), aluminum, steel, and wood.
General Construction: Excellent alternative to rivets and mechanical fasteners for improved design flexibility and gap-filling.

Elongation at Break: 300%.
Skin/Tack-Free Time: 50–60 minutes (can be painted over once skin forms).
Curing Speed: >4 mm depth per 24 hours.
Temperature Resistance: -40°C to 90°C (-40°F to 194°F).
